Martial Feats: Counterstroke, False-edge cutting, Half-sword fighting, Miesterhau

Weapons: Onset /Melee /Defense /Damage
Longsword 10 /8 /10 /1-12 +3
katzbalger, 8 /7 /9 /1-6 +1
roundel dagger 6 /9 /7 /1-6(AP +4) +1

F=bonus from false-edge cutting feat

How was Lukas able to use Miesterhau? According to the Codex Martialis, you have to have a higher initiative roll than the opponent to use Miesterhau.

You are right, this example was done with an earlier version of the Codex, in the current version he would have to have used Miesterhau Countercut which he wouldn't qualify to have since he's below Sixth level. I'm going to delete this combat example and a couple of other other old ones, I'll try to make some new up to date ones when I have some time.
